From the classic construction company to the highly modern multiservice group.  A globally operating group with a forward-looking strategy would like to demonstrate its efficiency on the occasion of its anniversary. In the form of the "Bilfinger Berger City", a fictitious city which makes it possible to present appropriately their philosophy, competencies, achievements and visions to guests and employees from all over the world.

On the Maimarkt grounds, paved and designed for this purpose over 5000 m², the city appears in the style of a city plan in the Bilfinger Berger colours.  The Wall of Fame shows 125 years of historical highlights from the Bilfinger Berger company history. On the Bilfinger Berger piazza, current, significant buildings from the Bilfinger Berger portfolio convey and reveal the essential competences of the individual business sectors. Each of these buildings is staged independently with an experience-oriented, scenic and media-based presentation of its contents.

For three consecutive days and evenings, 1,000 guests learn about the practices and performance of Bilfinger Berger. Politicians and business leaders from all over the world, and the entire management of the company, are guests for the evening.  On the following day the executives of the group experience the spectacle, and, finally, an open day allows all interested employees to get to know their company as they have not seen it before.
