ISO 20121 - Sustainable event management

ISO 20121 is a sustainability certification specifically for the event industry. It focuses on the implementation of a sustainable management system for events and organizations that implement events. The certification covers aspects of environmental, social and economic sustainability.

Why do we want to be certified?

The topic of sustainability is important and it is indispensable to think about tomorrow, regarding our behavior today. Implementing sustainability in all its different facets into our way of working is a long way. With the ISO certification, we are now taking a step-by-step approach to reflect on and change our activities and our day-to-day actions.

We commit to maximum sustainable implementation of all live communication formats. In coordination with our partners, we analyze projects and create recommendations, guidelines and/or implement specific requirements. Among other things, we offer options and advice on reducing CO2 emissions. Sustainability recommendations play a major role in general customer cooperation. Likewise, when working with our service providers, we pay attention to sustainable production processes with high-quality results and resource-saving, reusable planning before, during and after any events. This allows us to design fully comprehensive sustainable strategy for events and exhibition booths and work together with our clients.
